Paul has overall software development responsibility for the Cerner Revenue Cycle Back Office Solutions including Patient Accounting, EDI, Cloud Architecture and Legacy solutions. Paul has been an engineering leader with Cerner, formerly Siemens Health Services, for over 15 years, with broad leadership experience in software architecture and development, continuous integration, DevOps, hosting, software quality and non-functional testing, During his tenure at Cerner, Paul was instrumental in improving the scalability of the Soarian Revenue Cycle Solution from supporting less than 100 users, to over 5,000 concurrent users today. Paul currently leads a team of over 400 engineers and project managers across 4 US campuses, as well as an additional 300 associates across 3 matrixed global campuses.

Paul’s previous speaking experiences include the 2002 Mercury Interactive User Conference, as well as giving technical and solution updates at various Siemens and Cerner User Conferences.
