Luke Olenoski

Head of Identity and Access Management @ Vanguard

Luke Olenoski is the Head of Identity and Access Management at Vanguard. He leads a team of global risk and security professionals responsible for Vanguard’s policies and control environment for Identity and Access Management (IAM). Mr. Olenoski joined Vanguard in 2003 and has held various leadership roles within the company’s Information Technology and Security division. Most recently, he was head of Vanguard’s End User Services organization responsible for all aspects of enterprise facing employee technology. In this role, Mr. Olenoski oversaw the global deployment of Tech Central, Vanguard’s “genius bar” support platform for all internal employees. In prior roles, he held leadership positions for large client facing delivery programs. Mr. Olenoski graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with a bachelor’s in computer science. Mr. Olenoski resides in Phoenixville, PA with his wife Lyndsie and their two children Madison (8) and James (5).
