Guy Fardone

Chief Executive Officer/Founding Partner @ Evolve IP

Guy Fardone serves Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Evolve IP and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, Guy has helped establish Evolve IP as a global, award-winning Cloud Strategy and Solutions Provider. Under his management, Evolve IP has consistently achieved year-over-year revenue, profitability, client and associate growth. Guy was recognized in by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the top regional business leaders with its prestigious “40 Under 40” award. He also actively participates on various advisory boards for technology partners, tech start-ups, STEM schools, universities, non-profits, and county workforce development agencies. Guy received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and currently participates in various executive leadership and entrepreneurship programs. He currently lives in Chester Springs, PA with his wife and three children. In his spare time he is an outdoor sports enthusiast, youth league football coach and frequently speaks publicly about workforce development and dynamics, technology career awareness, M&A, entrepreneurship and corporate performance management. He is actively engaged in and committed to helping drive the Philadelphia area business community.

Guy currently serves as the i2n Board Co-Chair.
