Seema Vishnoi Kesselring is Global VP of Product Strategy in Customer Experience organization. Seema is passionate about innovations in the Customer Experience space and help customers digitally transform their businesses leveraging intelligent technologies. She has played leadership roles in product and engineering organization, go to market, sales operations, Innovative business solutions and successfully lead multiple board initiatives within SAP.

Seema is a purpose driven leader who enjoys translating possibilities into tangible results.

She is a respected authority in customer relationship management, a published author and frequent speaker at many global events. She serves on multiple non-profit boards focused on education.

Seema is an adjunct professor and teaches in the School of Business at Villanova University. She earned her MBA from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences from BITS, Pilani.
