Dr. Fiona Jamison is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of experience in research and organizational listening solutions, specializing in employee engagement, employee relations, and people analytics. She is renowned for her ability to distill complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance. As CEO of Spring International, Fiona leads a team dedicated to delivering tailored research, data collection, and analytics services to Fortune 500 companies both in the U.S. and globally. Her consultancy experience spans the U.K., Europe, and North America, where she has advised organizations on strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Fiona holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Bristol and served as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Wolverhampton. She is an adjunct professor at Villanova University, where she teaches People Analytics, and regularly guest lectures at NYU and Temple University.
