Ben Avicolli is the President and Co-Founder of MyMethod AI, an AI company whose mission is to bring defense-grade AI technology to service businesses. MyMethod doesn’t just build software, it builds AI Employees who become indispensable members of your team. Ben is also an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s College of Engineering, where he teaches graduate-level courses in AI for Managers, Persuasive Pitches, and the Science of Process Improvement. Previously, Ben served as re-founder of The Stratagem Group, transforming it from a $2M staff-augmentation firm into a $100M premier AI and mission software provider for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Following its acquisition by ARKA (Blackstone Private Equity), he served as President and General Manager, overseeing a $130M P&L and achieving a $400M valuation. Under his leadership, Stratagem achieved a 52% win rate across 172 competitive proposals, with 75% of revenue from prime contracts. During his 15-year tenure at Lockheed Martin, Ben progressed from engineer to business leader, ultimately managing a $250M portfolio and serving as Chief Engineer for a $30M National Communications program, earning the Individual Excellence Award for national security contributions. Ben holds a computer engineering degree from Penn State. An adventurer at heart, he has explored all 50 states and six continents, from summiting Kilimanjaro to polar plunging in Antarctica. Ben lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and three children, all avid four-for-four Philly sports phans.
