Crystal began her tenure at Seer Interactive in 2007 as an SEO Account Manager and evolved to helping launch the Paid Media division. Today, she proudly serves as its President. Over the years, she has witnessed and contributed to Seer’s growth to over 200 team members. Crystal’s primary role involves partnering with leadership across the agency to steer toward the agency’s vision & mission and ensuring a balance between business goals & a team-centric culture. Prior to Seer, Crystal honed her skills at an international advertising firm in Baltimore, balancing responsibilities across Paid Media, Operations and Business Development. Academically, she holds a dual BA in International Business and Spanish from Kutztown University and an MBA from Rowan University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending various sporting events for her 3 children, taking walks with the family dog, yoga & as much beach time as possible.
