Neha Arnold is CEO of Sedna Consulting Group, a national technology consulting firm founded in 2004 specializing in AI strategy & governance, ERP modernization, cybersecurity, and workflow automation. Neha partners with public and private sector organizations to responsibly adopt emerging technologies and turn AI from experimentation into sustainable business outcomes.

A former educator turned management consultant, Neha built her career leading federal IT modernization initiatives and pioneering early robotic process automation (RPA) implementations, before moving into entrepreneurship and technology leadership. Since Neha became CEO in 2020, Sedna has grown 98% over three years under her leadership, earned Inc. 5000 recognition for three consecutive years, and been named among the fastest-growing Asian American-owned businesses in the U.S. Neha has also been named a Top Women Leader in the U.S. and Canada by The Women We Admire, a Philadelphia Business Journal Woman of Influence, and a Titan 100 Philadelphia honoree.

Neha is a dedicated advocate for building an equitable, future-ready tech workforce.
