Suzanne DiCicco is the Principal of AI Governance Advisors, where she helps organizations build practical, scalable AI governance and risk programs. With 25+ years in global financial services and deep expertise in information governance, she specializes in translating complex regulatory and AI risk into clear, actionable frameworks that support innovation. Suzanne previously built an enterprise Information Governance program and helped launch a global AI Governance Program for a major financial services firm. Today, she advises SMBs, PE firms, and enterprises on responsible AI adoption, implementation readiness, and operationalizing standards such as the NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001. She also brings firsthand experience using AI to build and scale her own AI governance consulting practice.
