Nias Puthenveettil is a technology leader, author, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience driving innovation across healthcare, life sciences, and enterprise AI. As the founder and CEO of Piramidz LLC, he partners with Fortune 500 and med-tech companies to modernize technology systems, build scalable AI platforms, and transform data into strategic insight.

Previously, Nias served as Chief Technology Officer at Azra AI, where he led the development of transformer-based models that detect cancer from radiology and pathology reports used by health systems nationwide. His earlier leadership roles include VP of Product & Engineering at Litmos LMS and senior positions at Siemens Healthineers, Oracle Cerner, and Johnson & Johnson’s LifeScan.

He is the author of Roots to Rise: Leadership Lessons from a Global Journey, a book that explores the intersection of leadership, technology, and human purpose.

Nias holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore, India.
